A real life behind every piece of feedback.
The Founding 111
Before Atlas meets the world, it will learn from 111 people.
The first people to live with Atlas will do more than use it. Through their choices, setbacks, conversations and honesty, they will help shape the companion it may one day become.
One first circle
Why the first people matter
Every beginning remembers its first voices.
Atlas can be taught to recognise language. Understanding when to challenge, when to listen and when to step back can only grow through honest human experience.
Atlas may one day learn from millions of lives. Its character will begin with these 111.
Why 111
Small enough to know. Large enough to learn.
The circle is intentionally limited so Dormare can recognise meaningful patterns without losing the person behind each experience.
One Atlas gradually learning to understand more.
A first chapter shaped with care rather than scale.
Two paths into the same beginning
Different experiences. One Atlas.
The relationship with yourself
Foundation participants help Atlas understand how people create order, build habits, recover after setbacks and become more dependable to themselves.
- Habits and daily structure
- Discipline, rest and energy
- Personal promises and destructive patterns
- The process of beginning again
The moments in which you meet the world
Communication participants help Atlas understand preparation, confidence, listening and growth through important human conversations.
- Preparation and confidence
- Listening and expression
- Stress and communication under pressure
- Reflection after meaningful conversations
How participation works
Your voice should be heard without taking over your life.
The Founding 111 will contribute through structured written participation. Personal conversations remain available when useful, but they are never compulsory.
Founding questionnaire
Tell Atlas what progress means to you, how you prefer to receive honest feedback and where technology should respect a boundary.
Thoughtful once, revisited only when needed.Brief reflections
Short weekly pulses and occasional deeper reflections help Dormare understand what helped, what missed something and what felt wrong.
A few meaningful questions, not another demand on your life.Advisory votes
Each participant receives one equal voice on selected questions about priorities, tone, privacy and the future development of Atlas.
One person. One place. One vote.Advisory voting
Influence should be visible.
We will not ask for your opinion and allow it to disappear. When the Founding 111 vote, Dormare will explain what was heard, what changes and why the final decision was made.

A place in the beginning
Your contribution should remain part of the story.
Your experience will not disappear into a feedback form. It will become part of what Atlas learns to understand.

The Four Circles
Equal in history. Different in how early they arrived.
Every Guardian receives permanent Founding Guardian recognition, a numbered digital badge and a place in Dormare's archive. The timing changes the badge, not the importance of the contribution.

Atlas remembers
A badge should carry meaning, not simply status.
Each number marks a real place in the beginning. It recognises the people who helped Atlas learn before certainty existed and gives that contribution a permanent home in Dormare's story.
The badge shown is the proposed Platinum badge for Guardian 001. A Guardian can choose whether their name is ever displayed publicly.
Platinum

Planned 12 months of Atlas Advanced, earliest access, private founding sessions and the Platinum badge.

Express your interest
You do not need to arrive as the finished version of yourself.
We are looking for people willing to reflect honestly, question Atlas when it misunderstands and help shape technology responsibly.
Your value does not come from having solved everything. It comes from being willing to understand something honestly. This review page does not transmit or store your answers. Secure submissions will open when the Founding 111 application service is connected.
Do I need to work in sales?
No. Atlas Foundation welcomes people from any background. The first Atlas Communication group is intended primarily for sales professionals and people whose work involves frequent important conversations.
Will I be required to attend calls?
No. Questionnaires, brief reflections and advisory votes form the core participation model. Conversations with Dormare remain optional.
Does Founding 111 status include ownership?
No. Founding 111 participants contribute to the early development of Atlas but are not automatically company founders, employees, shareholders or equity holders.
What is the Founding Guardian badge?
It is permanent, numbered digital recognition of a Guardian's place in the first chapter of Atlas. It records contribution and history, but does not represent company ownership or equity.
Can I leave the programme?
Yes. The final participation terms will explain how someone can leave and what happens to information already contributed.
Will my name be made public?
Only with your clear permission. Recognition should never require someone to surrender their privacy.
The first circle
One day, Atlas may reach millions. But it will always have begun with 111.
If you believe technology should strengthen people rather than replace them, and you want to help shape its first chapter, we would like to hear from you.
